You receive one point for every dollar you spend on your Food & Beverage when dining at any Benson’s Restaurant. You will have the ability to convert points to a reward when you receive 100 points.

Benson’s Rewards is FREE to join. Simply download our app and create an account or signup via web.

When you dine at our restaurant be sure to give your server the “server code” from the Benson’s app or your email or phone number associated with your account in order to receive points for your order.

New Benson’s rewards members will automatically receive $10 in Benson’s Reward as a welcome to the program. The $10 welcome reward will automatically be in your account and must be used in 30 days. $50 minimum spend required.

Benson’s Rewards is a program for individual guests only, 18 years of age or older. Points may not be credited to business entities.

Employees of Benson’s Restaurant Group are not eligible for membership.

The key to earning points is the Check-In page on the Benson’s app.

Tap “Code for Server” at the bottom of the app screen. The app will then generate a three- or four-digit check in code which you should give to your server.

If you don’t have the Benson’s app handy you can give your server the phone or email associated with your account.

Points are earned on dine-in, and online food and drink purchases.

Unfortunately, points will not be earned for ticketed events or experiences or other specialty events.

Points are only earned when a gift card is redeemed, not purchased

To earn points when hosting a party or Private Event, you must be a Benson’s rewards member prior to your event date. You will receive one point per dollar for your food and beverage total.  A maximum of 2,500 points can only be earned in one event or transaction.

The name of the person receiving points must appear on the contract. In the case of a business event, either the planner or the host may receive points. For social events, only the host is eligible to receive points.

By entering your birthday upon registering, you will automatically be enrolled to receive a birthday bonus during your birthday month!

*Birthday reward will be available for redemption starting the first day of your birthday month and will expire 30 days thereafter

Points expire after two years

To convert your points into a reward, visit the rewards section on the mobile app or online. When you convert points to a reward, you have 14 days till it expires.

When visiting a restaurant let your server know the reward you wish to apply to your bill.

Benson’s Rewards are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, and promotional certificates. Rewards cannot be redeemed on carryout or delivery orders, they are valid for dine-in only. There is no maximum number of points can be accrued in one transaction.

Benson’s rewards are only to be redeemed for dine-in food and beverage only.

Points can be redeemed for various rewards. examples: Free dessert or appetizer (max $15), $15 off, $25 off, $50 off, $75, $200 off.

Rewards members can also receive various rewards and exclusive offers throughout the year.

A minimum of 100 points is required to redeem for a reward.

Benson’s Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, carry out, delivery, catering, tax, service charges or gratuity.

Benson’s rewards cannot be used to pay for ticketed events or experiences.

Rewards expire at various times. Be sure to check restrictions. Your points expire after two years if not used.

Rewards can only be used for dine-in only.

Only one reward can be redeemed at a time or dining experience. Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

Benson’s Rewards members must be logged into the Benson’s app or website. Points are earned only on orders placed through our restaurant websites, bensonsrestaurantgroup.com or the Benson’s app. Orders from third-party services like DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats do not earn points.

Rewards can only be used for dine-in only.

Points are awarded on the food and beverage subtotal only, not on tax, delivery, or service charges.

It can take up to 24 hours for points to be reflected in the “My Account” or “Rewards” section of the Benson’s app.

Benson’s Rewards Points are earned only on orders placed through our restaurant websites, bensonsrestaurantgroup.com or the Benson’s app. Orders from third-party services like DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats do not earn points.

You will receive a confirmation email upon successfully placing your order through our restaurant websites, bensonsrestaurantgroup.com or the Benson’s app.

Login to your account to view your points and rewards via the Benson’s app or website

Login into the app, on the sidebar click “missing points”, scan and upload your receipt.

If you don’t have a printed receipt, email the restaurant you dined at with the date, time and last four digits of your credit card number. They will email you back your receipt. Then follow step a.

In the app on the sidebar under account settings click on edit profile.
