A Farm-to-Table Wine Dinner at Sandhill Tree Farm

On Wednesday, September 16, Benson’s Catering & Events will host From Soil to Cellar, a farm-to-table wine dinner featuring Jackson Family Wines.
The evening begins with live music, Matanzas Creek Sauvignon Blanc, and a seasonal grazing board. Guests will then enjoy a chef-curated three-course dinner with wine pairings.

Roasted Beet Carpaccio
Roasted red and yellow beets, goat cheese, pistachio crumble, and balsamic glaze
Paired with La Crema Rosé
Grilled Beef Tenderloin
Cabernet demi, roasted fingerling potatoes, hen of the woods mushrooms, and charred broccolini
Paired with Kendall-Jackson Vintner’s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Apple Tart
Warm apple tart with caramel, candied pecans, and whipped cream
Paired with Kendall-Jackson Vintner’s Reserve Pinot Noir
