Lobster Lineup returns to The Bridgewater Modern Grill from April 18 through April 26, with a full week of lobster rolls served during lunch and dinner.
This limited-time menu is made for seafood lovers, featuring fresh lobster rolls served just steps from the river. Choose from three takes on the classic, or try them all with the Lobster Roll Flight.
On The Menu:
Brown Butter Aioli | Browned butter aioli and chive
Connecticut | Warm lobster in drawn butter
Ponzu | Ponzu aioli, chili lime crispy wonton
Flight | A sampler of all three lobster rolls
